File a Member Report
If you feel you’ve received unfair treatment from a Chamber of Commerce – on the Web™ member, please send us the following information for complaint resolution:
- The name of the company
- The URL of the company
- The email address of your contact with the company
- The name of your contact with the company (if available)
- The date of your order
- The full name the order was placed under
- Your full address
- Your telephone number
- The order or transaction number of your order
- FULL description of the product or service
- The dollar amount of your purchase
- Details of your complaint
- How do you want the problem resolved?

Reports without this information will not be processed. By making your report, you agree – and give your permission – that your email may be forwarded to the company and that we may ask them to resolve the issue. You will also be contacted and asked for verification of your claim.
All complaints MUST be in writing. We do NOT take complaints via telephone!
All Chamber Members Pledge to Give Solid Guarantees!
The member merchant is given three (3) days to respond to a complaint. If the member does not respond, or, if the consumer reports the situation remains unresolved, the complaint will be reported on the member’s verification page.
If the consumer does not respond to additional requests for information, the matter will be dropped.
Unsubstantiated or frivolous reports, i.e., customer doesn’t provide necessary information, will not be reported publicly.
